'X-Men: First Class' - Mutants Running Around Naked, F***ing in the Bushes??

One of the many reasons that X-Men went from a failed title to one of the most-loved modern superhero comics after Chris Claremont rebooted the franchise with Giant-Sized X-Men #1 was because he masterfully found a way to make mutants a metaphor for the pains and pleasures of puberty. You might have missed it, after all over the years that metaphor has become increasingly subtle.

Or maybe not so much with the subtle.

So perhaps that spirit of sexual awakening can be attributed to allegations that the X-Men: First Class set was basically a raucous sex bacchanal of near-Caligula proportions.
